Advanced Bridal Work Course with Wally Klett

Met trots presenteert het Boerma Instituut de wereldberoemde Wally Klett diploma cursus. Deze cursus is verdeeld over drie sessies van vijf dagen. Het Boerma Instituut is de enige school in Holland waar deze cursus wordt georganiseerd. Tijdens deze 15 dagen laat Wally de technieken met decoratief bruidsbloemwerk zien die zij zelf heeft ontwikkeld en waarmee zij zo bekend is geworden.

De cursus omvat bruidsboeketten, bruidsmeisjes boeketten, corsages & juwelen, tafelarrangementen en het decoreren van een kerk in Aalsmeer. Wally’s boeketten zijn of met draad- & tape technieken of de stelen zijn gesealed met wax, en gebonden op een frame; nooit handgebonden. Om de cursus te kunnen volgen moet je enige jaren ervaring hebben in de bloemsierkunst, dit is dus GEEN cursus voor beginners.
The standard of practical work on this course is in our view the highest of any in Holland. The standard is the closest you will find to a European masters practical work. Please look at any of Wally many wedding design books to see her very distinctive style of floristry.

This course will put your wedding work in a different league to your competition. Weather you are a working florist or instructor this is the ultimate wedding design course available in Holland.
The Bridal Work Course is
Ø  Only for people in the floral business;
Ø  Including all materials, coffee, tea, lunches;
Ø  Lessons will be instructed by Wally in English;
Ø  Registration is only possible for all three modules;
Ø  Examination and Boerma Instituut/ Wally Klett Advanced Bridal Course Diploma.
Commencement, Duration and Fees of the Course
The cost of the course is € 3.975,- this does not included accommodation or food but includes all flowers, leafs and sundries are provided.
The course can be paid for in full when booking or in 5 interest free payments.
The course is limited to about 18 florists and must attend all 15 days to be able to take the examination.
Boerma Instituut will have your work photographed at the church and exam for both our use and for you.

Module 1, 21 t/m 25 februari 2011

Ø  Bridal Techniques (Part I);
Ø  Body Adornment;
Ø  Frameworks.
At the end of the course there is an examination. The candidates will have to make several of the bridal pieces learned during the course. The exam is judged by two teachers of the Boerma Instituut & Wally Klett.

Of course we will give sufficient time at the examination to make the designs but practice in-between courses is very important.
