What work do you do?
I am an International floral designer and teacher, give demonstrations and do decoration work.

How did you land up teaching at Boerma Instituut?
In 1992 as a teacher for the Boerma Instituut in Tokyo, after a job application. When I was finished there, I started working as a teacher in Holland. In 1997 I went to Japan again this time together with Theo & José, we gave lessons there and decorated the 'Landmark' in Yokohama with hearts for Valentines day.
And, what did you do before joining the Boerma team?
I have worked in, and helped set up many different flower shops,in Holland and abroad.

You teach at a school of floristry; how would you describe your skills and knowledge on the art?
My knowledge and skills are of international standard.
What would be your personal favourite floral arrangement?
The so called Dutch garden and big cascade arrangements and of course the gigantic 'arabic style' weddings in the middle east.
